What I like best about PPI

Our Team we are an extended family. We care about both our professional and personal accomplishments and are there to support each other. times. PPI offers opportunities and support to continue to grow professionally.

Why I am a Recruiter for PPI

I love the challenge of recruiting! You are partially a reporter (who has to ask the right questions), partially a private investigator (trying to locate the right person) and above all you must be the perfect “match maker”. I thrive on finding just the “right” person for my clients, as well as helping candidate’s to realize dreams and and achieve their career goals

Consulting/Training

I have always loved to teach/train and help others succeed. I like to help clients solve problems and work to develop programs/classes that assist their employees. This aspect of our company allows me to tap into my passion for teaching.

Career Transition

When a person has been laid off it is one of the most traumatic events a person will ever go through (can be compared to a death, divorce, etc) but I find it very rewarding to help people discover their identity and assist them in transitioning to a new job/career.
