The majority of our client companies in the recruiting side prefer to use our direct-hire services. These include the recruiting team finding candidates, interviewing them in-house, checking their references then scheduling interviews with the companies. The offer letter and negotiation typically go through PPI’s recruiting team. It is our job to help you, as the candidate, obtain the best offer possible.
For those who want to work part-time, we do offer the option to be an independent contractor for some of the positions we recruit on. Our contract services are similar to the direct hire ones, except we put you on our payroll and benefits rather than the client company’s payroll. PPI is the employer of liability for contract roles.
