Summary

Privately held oil and gas company is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager to work the Gulf Coast. Requirements:  Degreed petroleum engineer with minimum of 10 years of Operations experience in the US Gulf Coast - specifically, artificial lift optimization (rod pumps, ESP's and plunger lift systems), waterflood monitoring/optimization and evaluation of gas well compression. Experience managing well workovers is also important. Must have some ARIES, Wellview and Powertools skill. Has to be a self motivator and able to work both independently and on a team. Must be able to identify wells/fields with production potential and know how to capture it. Will be expected to write AFE's, analyze LOE's and increase production while optimizing or decreasing costs.
