In keeping with employing only the finest, we pride ourselves in encouraging our staff to become Certified Temporary Specialists and Certified Personnel Consultants. The certified temporary specialist (CTS) and certified personnel consultant (CPC) designation are awarded through the National Association of Personnel Services upon demonstration of experience, knowledge, and continuing education in the field. Though no agency can claim these designations on a company-wide basis, Preferred Personnel maintains a staff including both CPC's and CTS's at all times. (Currently we have two CTS's and two CPC's on staff)

Preferred Personnel recognizes the need to educate our staff, and our clients continuously in the ever-changing employment industry and personnel management field. Accordingly, we are affiliated with a number of respected professional associations and organizations which help us stay on the cutting edge of new industry developments and legislation. We are a member of the National Association of Personnel Services, Texas Association of Personnel Consultants, and the Permian Basin Association of Personnel Consultants. Additionally, we encourage our staff to join professional and civic organizations not only to provide insight into the Oil & Gas industry and other industries we serve, but also to develop valuable networks from which to draw the best available talent. The ranks of our team include members of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, and the Society for Human Resource Management.

We are listed in the Kennedy Directory of Professional Recruiters, Burmass' Oil & Gas Directory and our certified staff are listed in the National Registry of Certified Staffing Industry Professionals.

With majority ownership resting in the hands of Paula Bledsoe, Founder, President and Executive Recruiter, Preferred Personnel is a registered Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) vendor in the State of Texas.
