Paula is one of the Principals and Managing Partners of Preferred Personnel, Inc. In addition to her management duties, Paula works part time directing searches for a select group of retained clients.  She also works as a trainer for Right Management Consultants. Her current training topics include Organizational Development and Career Development workshops.

She has been in the reemployment business for just over 20 years. Having personally worked every position except accounting, she loves them all. Her business partner is also her life partner of 36 years, Larry Bledsoe. Larry and Paula have two grown children and three grandchildren.
