Larry is a founding partner of Preferred Personnel having served in all Board positions including his present roll as President and CEO. He has been in the reemployment business for just over 20 years.
 
A proven Controller and corporate leader, Larry has a strong background in supervision and leadership having supervised large teams in corporate and municipal environments. His skill set is varied and includes accounting, loss prevention and management/administration.  Larry earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Hardin Simmons University, and has done graduate work at the University of Texas Permian Basin. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and has completed hundreds of hours of special training in investigations, supervisory skills and intelligence gathering.

His business partner is also his life partner of 36 years, Paula Bledsoe. Larry and Paula have two grown children and three grandchildren.
