Amanda is the Training Manager of Preferred Personnel, Inc. ensuring that all staff remain up-to-date in all facets of the staffing and recruiting industry and perform up to Preferred Personnel's high standard of service.  Additionally, she provides the expertise to keep Preferred Personnel's temporary division at the top of its market.  Further, she serves as the secretary of the Permian Basin Association of Personnel Consultants.

She began her career in the staffing industry in 1999 writing resumes and working in PPI's Outplacement Center, as an Administrative Assistant on a part-time basis. In early 2000, she began to work on a full time basis in the Temporary Division. Amanda obtained CTS (Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist) certification by the National Association of Personnel Services in 2001.

Amanda is married to Barry Bledsoe, oldest son of PPI's founding principals Larry and Paula Bledsoe, and has three children. As part of the second generation of PPI, Amanda has a passion for the Staffing Industry and looks forward to taking Preferred Personnel into the future.
