Amy Houser joined Preferred Personnel as an Executive Recruiter in 2004.  She specializes in placing business, accounting, and finance professionals in a variety of industries.  She also works to find qualified technical personnel in the oil and gas industry as well. In addition, Amy has managed Career Transition Centers and delivered a variety of leadership and management seminars.

 

She is a human resources professional with over 25 years experience in the temporary help industry, recruiting and training. Amy has worked for both small and nationwide companies, and has also been a business owner and consultant for several years.  She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and its Permian Basin chapter, Human resource Professionals of the Permian Basin.

Amy is a native Texan. She enjoys reading, needlepoint, and piano, and she is active in several faith-based organizations.
