Jennifer Millican

Jennifer joined Preferred Personnel in August 2007.  She has over 5 years of recruiting experience with a primary focus in the upstream oil and gas industry.  Over this period of time, she has built a solid foundation and maintains relationships with numerous professionals within the petroleum industry and beyond.  She continues to expand her knowledge and experience base and is currently focusing on the growth endeavors of PPI in the Houston market along with her executive recruiting. 

Prior to recruiting, Jennifer held positions that were customer service related - from working as a church secretary to a computer trainer - all of which have equipped her for the position she holds today.  She enjoys working with people - counseling, motivating, challenging, and making a positive influence in the lives of those she interacts and works with. 

Jennifer and her husband reside in Missouri City, Texas.  Her husband is a Reservoir Engineer working for a major oil company in Houston.  Jennifer has two children. She loves being outside and traveling with her family.  She also enjoys writing, fitness activities, and cooking.
