Cindy Rowe

Cindy Rowe joined Preferred Personnel as the Controller in early fall of 2007. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration at Texas Tech University and for more than 25 years she has worked in public accounting.  Her background includes work at international as well as local public accounting firms.  Cindy has also consulted for several small companies and has also been a business owner for many years. 

Cindy was born and raised in New Mexico but has lived in Midland almost 30 years. She and her husband have three children and one grandson "on the way". Her favorite pastime is traveling and she is active in several faith-based organizations.
