Carolyn Wilson

Carolyn is the recent addition to our new ventures recruiting group and currently serves as an Executive Recruiter / Staffing professional in our Houston, TX branch office. With fifteen years of business development and strategic analysis under her belt, Carolyn has an ability to see the big picture, as well as the steps necessary to make that picture a reality. As an Executive Recruiter / Staffing Professional, Carolyn focuses on executing and fulfilling searches, and providing clients with a seamless professional experience.

Her thorough approach to screening candidates typifies Preferred Personnel's focus that delivers human capital (people) and human resources solutions to our client companies while providing our client candidates opportunities to fulfill life and career ambitions. According to Carolyn, identifying the right candidate requires more than just sifting through resumes. It requires strong interpersonal skills and sound judgments to determine whether a client's corporate culture is compatible with a candidates' background and career objectives.

From the onset of her career, Carolyn has been a troubleshooter and problem-solver. Her past successes in business planning and strategic development show an ability to embrace change, manage relationships and identify key players in a variety of areas.  Carolyn holds a Master of Business Administration - Human Resources Development and Management, memberships of the Society of Human Resource Management, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), and Society of Petroleum Engineers Gulf Coast Section (SPE), as well as numerous other organizations. She is excited to be a part of Preferred Personnel's continued growth.
