Jessica Rice

Jessica is a recent addition to our team and currently serves as our candidate coordinator. She is the face and the voice of Preferred Personnel and states that what she enjoys most is assisting professionals with their career transitions.

She just recently moved to the Midland area and is excited to start her career in the oil and gas staffing industry. Jessica is a graduate from the University of Texas in Austin with a B.A. in English.  She is excited about being a part of Preferred's continued growth.
