Next, we will send you our service agreement. After we receive the signed service agreement, we can start locating candidates.

After that, we locate qualified candidates. To make it easier for you, we provide a summary of qualified candidate’s strengths and why they are a fit for your company along with their references and an attached resume.

Then, if you would like to interview any of the candidates we can set up a time that fits best with your schedule. Most clients like to have the interviews take place in their offices but we do provide space if needed.

Finally, if you choose one of our candidates, we make the offer to them on your behalf. If they accept, we agree on a start date. We will negotiate on both the candidate’s and client’s behalves coming to an agreement that benefits both parties involved.

Next, we will send you our service agreement. After we receive the signed service agreement, we can start locating candidates. When we find qualified candidates, we will send their resumes to you to review.

Then, if you would like to interview any of the candidates we can set up a time that fits best with your schedule. Most clients like to have the interviews take place in their offices but we do provide space if needed.

Finally, if you choose one of our candidates,* we can make the offer to them on your behalf. If they accept we agree on a start date. Once the candidate starts, all you have to do is sign off on their time sheet on a weekly basis. It is the candidate’s responsibility to turn their time sheet in to our office. PPI is the employer of liability and we carry all necessary insurance, contribute the employer portion of taxes including FIKA, FUTA, SUTA, and unemployment.
