Next, we do an in-house or a phone interview with you to ensure we understand what direction you want your career to go. This is the time where we get to know you and make sure we are on the same page. This is a good time to go over expectations from each of us.

Good choices for references are coworkers, subordinates and/or previous supervisors. We urge you to use caution while listing these—don’t use someone you currently work with if it will jeopardize your current employment.

After this, we will present you with companies that have different opportunities that are a fit for the expectations you previously discussed with us. We will NOT pass your resume along to anyone without your prior knowledge. If we do not have any current openings, we can proactively market you to different companies.
